1. Why isn’t the watermark showing after taking a photo?
Please make sure you've granted the app access to your Camera and Location. The watermark is applied automatically with time and location info.
2. Why is the watermark missing location or time?
Go to Settings > MarkCam, and ensure Location permission is enabled. Without it, location details won't appear in the watermark.
3. Why am I seeing ads in the app?
MarkCam offers core features for free. Watching short ads allows you to unlock HD photo saving.
4. How can I change the watermark style?
Tap the Style icon in the top-right corner of the camera screen to switch templates or customize your watermark.
5. What should I do if the app crashes while taking a photo?
Try restarting the app or updating to the latest version. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us via email.
